Tip for some desserts with Thermomix

In many Thermomix desserts, we have to add cinnamon or lemon or orange peel to give flavor that we later have to remove, as they are not eaten, they only serve to give flavor.

Well, sometimes many complain that with heat they dissolve and cannot recover them well, leaving residues. A good way to prevent this from happening is to attach either the cinnamon or the lemon and orange peels to our butterfly.

So that they are not loose with the content, but rather attached to the butterfly, so when we finish, we remove the butterfly and the peels and channels will also be removed from the content of our dessert.

We can wrap it all with a cooking suitable tie, here are some examples:

Butterfly tricks for desserts, the example above is all tied with a rope to the plastic of the butterfly, so that as the butterfly turns, the cinnamon and peels turn, flavoring the content.
