In this delicious recipe, we will show you how to prepare some exquisite puff pastries filled with custard using your Thermomix. Ingredients Puff Pastries Filled with Custard with Thermomix

Custard:

500 grams of milk

50 grams of cornstarch

3 eggs

100 grams of sugar

25 grams of butter

1 teaspoon of vanilla essence

Remaining puff pastry ingredients:

2 puff pastry sheets

Icing sugar for sprinkling or inverted sugar for brushing


Preparation of Custard

In the Thermomix bowl, add the milk, eggs, sugar, cornstarch, vanilla, and butter.

Program 8 minutes at 90ºC, speed 4.

Fill a pastry bag with the custard and let it cool.

Recipe Preparation

Once the custard is ready, preheat your oven to 200ºC.

Roll out the puff pastry sheets and smooth them out a bit with a rolling pin. Shape them as desired.

With greased molds, roll up the puff pastry strips, pressing slightly to adhere.

Place the puff pastries in the preheated oven at 200ºC for 15-18 minutes, until golden brown.

Let the puff pastries cool and remove them from the molds.

Fill the puff pastries with the cooled custard and sprinkle icing sugar on top or brush them with inverted sugar.
