1 tablespoon powdered custard cream
In the mixing glass, add milk, sugar, and yeast: 37°C, speed 2, 3 minutes 30 seconds.
Add butter and oil: 3 minutes, 37°C, speed 2.
Add flour, yeast, and salt: kneading mode, 5 minutes. Transfer to a bowl and let it rise.
