Cakes with cream and apples with the Thermomix

This recipe was created by our friend Luz María Lagoa Vives. Hello colleagues. I leave you here a cake with cream and apples as a base.

It is very delicious. I recommend it to you.

Ingredients for Cake with Cream and Apples with Thermomix

CREAM
250 ml Milk
1 Egg
40 grams Sugar
25 grams Cornmeal
Vanilla extract

BASE
3 peeled Apples

CAKE
290 grams Flour
12 grams Baking powder (Royal type)
A pinch of Cinnamon
A pinch of Salt
3 Eggs
100 grams Sugar
140 ml Milk
Zest of 1 Lemon
35 grams Butter (melted)

Preparation of Cake with Cream and Apples with Thermomix

CREAM
Add all ingredients except the vanilla to the mixing bowl, 6 minutes / 90°C / Speed 4
Then add the vanilla, 5 seconds / Speed 5. Put into a piping bag and keep warm.

BASE
Peel the apples and cut them into slices, set aside.

CAKE
Sift flour, baking powder, and cinnamon, 10 seconds / Speed 8. Set aside.
Insert the butterfly whisk into the blades, add eggs, sugar, and lemon zest to the mixing bowl, 4 minutes / Speed 3.5.
Then add milk and melted butter, 1 minute / Speed 3.5. Remove the butterfly whisk and add the dry ingredients and salt, 10 seconds / Speed 4.

SHAPE AND BAKE
Line the bottom and sides of the pan with parchment paper. Fill the apples and distribute evenly. Then pour the batter on top and spread evenly. Finally, place the cream in circles on top.
Preheat the oven to 180°C / Top and bottom heat
Bake the cake for about 40-45 minutes / After testing with a toothpick, it should come out clean.
Turn off the oven and remove the cake. Take it out of the pan and let it cool on a wire rack.
