TRICK: How to always have fresh aromatic herbs ready to use thanks to the Thermomix

Fresh herbs are the best allies in the kitchen. The problem is that we can't always have them fresh, meaning cut from the plant and used in our recipes.

To solve this issue... of course, use your Thermomix. First, you'll need to wash the herbs and dry them with a paper towel. Some herbs have stems that can't be used, so in those cases, cut them off.

Put the herbs in the mixing bowl and program for five seconds at speed 7.

Now all you have to do is put them in an ice cube tray with olive oil and place in the freezer. You now have fresh seasonings to use in sautés, stews, rice dishes, and more!
