Lemon and Avocado Tart Ingredients with Thermomix

For the base:

• 50 grams of walnuts
• 60 grams of coconut
• 50 grams of toasted almonds
• 50 grams of toasted hazelnuts
• 1 tablespoon of honey
• The zest of one lemon

For the filling:

• 180 grams of honey
• 5 avocados
• 100 grams of lemon juice
• 2 tablespoons of lime zest
• 175 grams of coconut oil
• 100 grams of lime juice

Preparation of Lemon and Avocado Tart with Thermomix

When you have all these ingredients, follow the steps we provide:

1. For the base, add the ingredients to the robot's glass and program at speed 6 / 15 seconds.
2. Pour the contents of the glass into the mold you will use for the tart.
3. Now it's time for the filling. To do this, add the honey and coconut oil to the glass. Program at speed 2 / 70º / 3 minutes.
4. Add the two types of juices, the zest, and the peeled, pitted, and diced avocados to the glass.
5. Start the robot at speed 5 / 30 seconds.
6. Pour the contents of the glass into the mold, spread it well, and place it in the refrigerator. Keep it there for several hours before consuming the tart.
