Heidelbeer-Cookies mit der Thermomix - Eine himmlische Köstlichkeit Zutaten für Heidelbeer-Cookies

Zutaten für Heidelbeer-Cookies

  • 200 g Butter
  • 200 g Zucker
  • 2 Eier
  • 1 Teelöffel Vanilleextrakt
  • 300 g Mehl
  • 1 Teelöffel Backpulver
  • 150 g getrocknete Heidelbeeren

Anleitung für Heidelbeer-Cookies

1. Den Backofen auf 180 Grad vorheizen. Ein Backblech mit Backpapier auslegen. 2. Die Butter und den Zucker in den Mixtopf des Thermomix® geben. 2 Minuten lang bei 37 Grad auf Stufe 3 cremig rühren. 3. Die Eier und den Vanilleextrakt hinzufügen. 10 Sekunden lang auf Stufe 3 vermischen. 4. Das Mehl und das Backpulver dazugeben. 20 Sekunden lang auf Stufe 4 kneten, bis ein gleichmäßiger Teig entsteht. 5. Die getrockneten Heidelbeeren hinzufügen und 10 Sekunden lang auf Stufe 2 unterrühren. 6. Den Teig zu kleinen Kugeln formen und auf das vorbereitete Backblech legen. Dabei genügend Platz zwischen den Kugeln lassen, da sie während des Backens etwas verlaufen. 7. Die Cookies im vorgeheizten Ofen für etwa 12-15 Minuten goldbraun backen. Anschließend aus dem Ofen nehmen und auf einem Gitter abkühlen lassen. 8. Genießen Sie die herrlich duftenden Heidelbeer-Cookies zu einer Tasse Tee oder Kaffee!
