Attach the butterfly whisk to the Thermomix blades. Pour in the very cold cream and set it to 20 seconds / speed 4. Careful not to overwhip or you'll end up with butter. If it’s not fully whipped, add another 5 seconds and check.
Add the Greek yogurts and sugar. At this point, you can also add a teaspoon of vanilla extract or the zest of half a lemon. Mix for 5 seconds / speed 2 so everything blends without deflating the cream.
Spoon the mousse into nice glasses or cups. Top with a generous spoonful of jam. Homemade strawberry jam is amazing, but blueberry, peach, or even apple compote also work beautifully.
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours. The colder it is, the better it tastes. If you make it the night before, it’ll be even firmer and silkier.
