White Chocolate Flan with the Thermomix


Ingredients:

  • 300 g white chocolate
  • 1 packet of flan powder (for 8 servings)
  • 80 g sugar
  • 200 g cream (35% fat content)
  • 600 g whole milk
  • 1 egg
  • 80 g liquid caramel (optional, I left it out)

Instructions:

  1. Place the white chocolate into the mixing bowl and chop it for 8 seconds / Speed 7.
  2. Add the flan powder, sugar, cream, milk, and egg, then blend for 10 seconds / Speed 10.
  3. Cook the mixture for 10 minutes / 90°C / Speed 4.
  4. Meanwhile, you can pour the liquid caramel into the mold and line it with it (optional, I skipped this step).
  5. Pour the contents of the mixing bowl into the mold and place it in the refrigerator.
  6. After 6 hours in the fridge, the flan will be perfect – simply delicious!
