Ingredients for Smoked Salmon Cake with Thermomix

  • 23 g olive oil
  • 155 g smoked salmon
  • Salt to taste
  • 45 g Parmesan cheese
  • 2 spring onions
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 205 g flour
  • 255 g ricotta

Preparation of Smoked Salmon Cake with Thermomix

  1. Once you have all the ingredients ready, follow these steps:
    • Add the Parmesan cheese to the bowl and set the Thermomix to speed 10 / 15 seconds.
  2. Next, add the flour, salt, eggs, oil, baking powder, and ricotta. Set it to speed 4 / 2 minutes.
  3. Then, add the chopped spring onions and salmon and run the Thermomix at speed 2 / reverse rotation / 20 seconds.
  4. Pour the contents of the bowl into a baking mold greased with butter.
  5. Place the mold in a preheated oven and bake at 180°C (356°F) for about 43 minutes.
