Kinder Hazelnut Cream with Thermomix

Hello! I'm back to show you a delicious recipe with hazelnuts. Specifically, I'll explain how to make Kinder-style hazelnut cream using the Thermomix.

This cream, with a flavor similar to Kinder chocolate, can be used for spreading on toast, filling cakes or pastries, or even dipping cookies into it.

Ingredients for Kinder Hazelnut Cream with Thermomix

  • 130 g of roasted, unsalted hazelnuts
  • 22 g of powdered milk
  • 92 g of sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
  • 130 g of white chocolate, chopped
  • 52 g of sunflower oil
  • 52 g of butter

Preparation of Kinder Hazelnut Cream with Thermomix

Once you have all the ingredients ready, follow these steps:

  1. Add the sugar and hazelnuts to the Thermomix bowl. Set the Thermomix to speed 10 for 20 seconds.
  2. Then, add the white chocolate. Set the Thermomix to speed 10 for another 15 seconds.
  3. Next, add the remaining ingredients that you haven’t used yet. Set the Thermomix to speed 3.5 / 50°C / 9 minutes.
  4. Let the cream cool in the fridge, and it will be ready to enjoy!

Perfect for spreading, filling, or dipping – give it a try!
