Avocado Aioli with Thermomix


Ingredients for Avocado Aioli with Thermomix

  • 80 grams of avocado
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • Salt to taste
  • 103 grams of olive oil
  • The yolk of one egg
  • The juice of half a lemon

Preparation of Avocado Aioli with Thermomix
Once you have gathered all the ingredients, follow these steps:

  1. Add the avocado, salt, peeled garlic cloves, half of the oil, and the egg yolk to the Thermomix bowl. Set the Thermomix to speed 5 for 3 minutes.
  2. Use a spatula to scrape down the sides of the bowl. Then, insert the butterfly whisk, close the lid, and place the measuring cup on top.
  3. Without setting a time, slowly pour the remaining oil through the lid opening while the machine runs at speed 3.
  4. Once all the oil is incorporated and the mixture has reached the desired consistency, add the lemon juice.
  5. Mix well, and your avocado aioli is ready to serve!
